My interest in design and my love for the outdoors have been lifelong. I grew up in the woods south of Springfield, Nebraska; which was where I discovered the nourishing power of nature. I received my bachelors degree in Media and Cultural Studies at Eugene Lang College at the New School in New York City. 

Visual representations in film, television and advertising have the ability to carry powerful messages; to influence an individual and collective psychology. I believe spatial design, both indoors and outside, can do the same. Through an empathetic lense, I aim to create a calm, intriguing and inviting experience in each and every project. The primary goal in my work is to enhance individual and communal well-being.
